ABOUT  RAFFAUF Caroline Raffauf founded the brand in 1990. She looks back at a long family tradition in fashion. Her family owned a well- known fashion house in Koblenz for over 200years. When Caroline decided to found her own brand she had had enough of intoxicated materials. She made her vision come true and launched her urban upper wear brand Raffauf. From the very beginning she specialised in natural fibres and sustainable production when still no one else had thought about it. Many others followed her idea. Her designs are formative and very much inspired by Asian cuts, a classic collection with new elements and inspiring accessories. Her creations of jackets and coats reflect the zeitgeist of the 21st century.
The brand ist regularly presented at fashion shows in Paris, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Munich, Madrid, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Clients are well-known retailers, Eco Concept Stores and selected mail order houses from many European countries, the U.S.A. and Japan. All materials are certified GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) or GRS (Global Recycle Standard) – both containing social criteria during the production process.
